Teacher of the second education in the specialty of pedagogy by the Normal School Superior of Coahuila (Mexico). Teacher and doctor in pedagogy by the Faculty of Philosophy and Letras of the Independent National University of Mexico (UNAM). Member of the National System of Investigators, Level III. He was director of the Training center on the University (CESU) of the UNAM (1995-2003), institution where at the moment he is definitive Titular Investigator C. In addition he is professor of the Division of Studies of Posgrado of the Faculty of Philosophy and Letras of the same university. It has published 13 books, 5 of which like unique author; also, it has published 10 notebooks, as a result of his work of investigation, and is author of 16 book chapters.
